Rogeria Christmas

Rogeria Christmas is an emerging artist who has made her home in Bristol, Rhode Island, for the last 12 years. Originally from Brazil, Rogeria studied literature and languages at the Federal University of Minas Gerais before embarking on a career in teaching and art.

Primarily a self-taught artist, Rogeria studied children’s book illustration at RISD. She has exhibited in Belo Horizonte, Brazil; Boston, Massachusetts; and the Bristol Art Museum. Her work is in private collections in Providence, Boston, Brazil, and Bristol, and is regularly on display at the Hope Gallery in Bristol, RI.

Rogeria works in a variety of media and styles.
