Pick Up of Unaccepted Work:
Monday, September 27, 12:00 PM - 6 PM
Tuesday, September 28, 12:00 PM - 6 PM
Artwork:
2D work in oil, acrylic, pastel, watercolor, pencil, mixed media, and hand pulled prints, etc. No photography. Size limitation: No larger than 24" framed in any direction. Work must be framed and/or wired for hanging. Clips and saw-tooth hangers are not acceptable. White mats or off white mats only. Entries must be original and completed in the last 2 years.
Entry Fee & Commissions:
Art will be on display from Tuesday, September 28, 2010 to Friday, November 5, 2010. $40 for the first piece and $5 for two additional pieces; limit is three (3) pieces. 25% commission will be taken on sold artwork. Artist will be notified of sold work and invited to replace with another of similar size. Sold work will not remain up for duration of show. No hanging fee on replacement work.
Agreement:
Artwork is not insured by Hope Gallery; the gallery will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the art while in the gallery's possession. Artists should carry their own insurance. Hope Gallery reserves the right to use your name, photos, limited personal information and artwork for publicity. Your entry into this exhibition constitues your acceptance of this agreement.
